Here are some ideas for your staff at work and your delegates at conferences.   

Team-Building/Away Days

Typically these days would combine yoga, lunch and a countryside walk.   The yoga session can be a stress-relieving, relaxing session or a session of fun and laughter.  Lunch can be suited to your budget.  Depending on the season and your staff, the walk could be an hour’s stroll in a country park or a 6 mile circular trail. 

Half Days/Parties

A relaxing yoga class followed by a meal could be the framework of a half day out the office, a networking event or an alternative Christmas party.

 

 

Yoga at your Conference

A short laughter yoga session could kick start your conference as an ice-breaker, alternatively refresh your delegates between speakers with some breathing exercises and release of neck and shoulder tension.  Perhaps you could offer a full class at the end of the day to relax delegates and promote a good night’s sleep.

 

 Corporate Classes

Regular yoga classes for your staff will promote good health and well-being, potentially reducing sick leave and creating a happier atmosphere in the work place.
